Epic Paths is dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience of travel abroad. We believe that learning goes beyond the textbook. Learning about another culture is about interacting with the life of the people that live in that culture. Epic Paths strives to go beyond the guided tours and brings the travel experience a deeper meaning. From the historical sights our trips visit, to the views seen from hilltop towns, to the local shop keeper showing the travelers their unique creations, to the street artists trying to make a living, to the authentic cuisine in local trattorias, the students are learning, experiencing, and witnessing the global society. They become cognizant of a society other than their own.
As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, global education is a necessity to prepare our students for their future. Inherent in the Epic Study Program is the desire to provide the students with the opportunity to experience first hand the globalized world. The Epic Study Program strives to help make students more aware of global issues and different cultures, as well as stressing the importance of building personal connections to others around the world. The Epic Study Program offers the students the opportunity to experience and personally connect to the global economy, promote cultural understanding, and appreciate the globalized world in which we live.
Epic Paths works with educators who would like to bring the global classroom to their students. We will build customized trips for their individual classes that correlates to the curriculum. Epic Paths helps students explore, discover and connect to the global classroom.
