Antipasti - All vegetables from the garden (spinach, broccoli chickpeas, brown beans fagioli, eggplants, tomatoes, bruschette, bufala

mozzarella, ricotta , ham) and all the other fresh things of the day.

Primi - Homemade pasta - cavatelli with zucchini, gnocchi with fresh tomatoes, ravioli

with ricotta, mozzarella and mushroom and mamma's pasta.

Secondi - Mixed meat on the grill - lamb, chicken, T-Bone steak, sausages, pork chop, rabbit, steak of pork, sish-kebeb and beef, all served with potatoes and salad from the garden.

7th Night

Antipasti - Grilled squid stuffed with lemon flavored potatoes on pumpkin cream and chili threads

Primi - Risotto with caciotta cheese, pepper and roasted scallops
